Thank you for making a booking at Warrandyte Road Clinic. Please read the information below before to help prepare for your appointment.

 If you have booked a face-to-face appointment:

Please wait in your car when you arrive. Due to current restrictions, our waiting room is closed.

Your doctor will call you on your mobile phone to ask you to come in when they are ready to see you. Make sure you are carrying your phone so you don’t miss their call.

 If you have booked a phone appointment:

  • Have your phone beside you at the scheduled time
  • Please be somewhere quiet with good phone reception at the time of the call.
  • Our standard fee for a phone consult up to 20 minutes duration is $62. However, your doctor may bulk-bill the appointments if it is a brief consult, eg. purely for a repeat script or referral. In addition, we phone appointments are also bulk-billed for patients under 16 years of age.

 If you have booked a video appointment:

  • The appointment will be conducted on your mobile phone. Your phone needs a camera and an internet connection.
  • Depending on your home’s internet, we have found turning off your Wi-fi and using your 4G cellular data may give you better video quality.
  • When your doctor is ready to see you, you will receive an SMS message on your mobile phone with a link to access the consultation.
  • Once you click the link in the SMS, please stay on the website until a video call request arrives.
