Minor procedures
Doctor at Warrandyte Road Clinic perform procedures in our well-equipped treatment room, including:
- Surgical repair of skin lacerations
- Surgical excision of skin lesions
- Joint injections, eg. for shoulder and knee conditions
- Fibreglass or plaster cast treatment for fractures and sprains
- Cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen) treatment of warts and solar keratoses

Minor procedures such as skin cancer excisions and suturing require a longer consult. Please ensure you advise our reception staff upon making an appointment so that we can ensure adequate time is allowed with your doctor. Please discuss with the receptionist what fees may apply.
We have an on-site autoclave for the sterilisation of equipment and instruments. Our treatment room is well equipped and able to carry out many other tests and procedures including:
- ECG (heart tracings)
- Blood tests
- 24 hour blood pressure monitoring
- Wound care
